VLCI is the European Formulation centre which uses High Throughput (HT). By making use of our knowledge/experience and HT, we can generate for you new and better products in a shorter time. VLCI has its own proven concept: Various introduced products in a 2-5 faster manner. This also results in cost savings in R&D projects.
VLCI is specialized in formulating coatings, paints, cosmetic products and synthesis of (an)organic polymers. Combining these the different industries, using the network and the knowledge of raw materials and applications, makes it possible at VLCI to speed up the innovation process.
To further boost R&D projects, the High Throughput (HT) system FORMAX from Chemspeed Technologies is used for the R&D services. This HT system automatically prepares formulations (dispersing) and performs synthesis (e.g. polymerizations), in parallel and on small scale (80 ml). Working with this HT system will result in a reduction in the use of time and raw materials. This, in turn, will result in a reduction in costs, while the knowledge can be increased by the high output. Exactly where VLCI stands for.
